New Student Registration Forms

Application Process

The completed Hardeman County Schools Enrollment Application and Toone School Enrollment Packet must be submitted to the school office for students who have a legal residence zoned for Toone School.  Before a child can be admitted to school, parents must provide the following:

  • Certified copy of child's birth certificate  (Instead of a birth certificate, other forms of child identification can be as follows:  Passport issued by any nation (translated); Immigration Document; Decree of Adoption; other records issued by a court; or an official document with the date of birth and parent’s names.Immunization record
  • Signed physical
  • Two proofs of residency in Hardeman County (utility bill, telephone bill, mortgage statement, etc.)
  • The application for Pre-K is the same as above as well as one form of income verification (W-2, paycheck stub, SSI, etc.)

Parents/guardians of students returning to public school from the private/home school setting must call the Hardeman County Board of Education Office, 731-658-2510, and request an appointment for testing.
